This elegant vintage evening bag purse dates circa 1930s - 1940s and features a beautifully decorative frame, and a body in raspberry red fabric with embroidered floral design in reds, pinks and matte golds to both sides.

Purse shape, gathered at the curved frame which is in goldtone metal filigree dotted with tiny faux pearls and aurora borealis claw-set rhinestones. The clasp is inset with two mesmerizing larger cut glass stones. There is a delicate goldtone metal strap.

Inside, the bag is pristine and lined in peach satin fabric with a small pocket to each side, one of which contains a tiny coin purse.
